U12 Girls:
Huge well done to our under 12s who played so well against Feohanagh-Castlemahon on Friday night. Although short on numbers on the night, our girls got stuck in. They played with great fight and determination with some well-taken scores. Thanks to Feohanagh-Castlemahon for accommodating us.
U10 Girls:
Our U10 girls put in another fantastic performance last week, playing two great games against Glin Emmets and Gerald Griffins. There were some great skills on show, with the girls playing with determination, tackling and blocking, along with some fine kicking and brilliant scores to finish. Thanks to Gerald Griffins and Glin Emmets for joining us. Keep up the great work girls!
U8 Girls:
What a fantastic effort from our U8s on Tuesday night! Despite the challenging weather conditions, they put in a brilliant performance against Gerald Griffins. A big thank you to Gerald Griffins for making the journey up. It was a brilliant game with some fantastic skills, great effort and sportsmanship on display from both teams.

Congratulations:
Well done to Mark Collins who scored two points for Limerick on Saturday with the under 16 hurlers, against Kerry in the inter-county championship.
Congratulations also to Daniel Hunt and the Limerick under 16 football team who defeated Kerry in the Munster tournament on Saturday. Fulltime score: Limerick 1-14, Kerry 0-12.
Mothers and Others:
Athea Mothers & Others are back training and everyone is welcome to join for fitness, fun and football. It doesn’t matter if you have played for 20 years or never kicked a ball in your life, come and join the ladies for a bit of craic at Athea GAA pitch on Wednesdays at 7pm.

Underage Football Training:
Our Friday evening underage training from nursery to U12s continues from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
Hurling Training:
Hurling training continues Sunday mornings at 10am.
