Congrats:
Well done to Loren Healy (Templeglatine) & Claire O’Shea (Kildimo/Pallaskenry) who co-captained Limerick U15 developement camogie team against a very strong Cork side on Sunday in Cork.
Ladies:
County teams
Huge well done to our club girls who represented Limerick over the weekend. On Saturday Loren Healy, Shauna Healy and Glin Emmet’s Laura Healy played with Limerick U16’s in their comprehensive win over Waterford.
On Sunday Anna Murphy and Limerick u14 played in the Johnny Hayes tournament in Mallow on Sunday. They had great wins over Waterford, Kerry and Clare. They will now meet a cork in the A final. Well done also to Anna who also played with Limerick Desmond u13’s who qualified for the All Ireland semi final on Sunday.
Division 2 League Round 1:
Best of luck to our Ladies team who play Feoghanagh/Castlemahon this Sunday in first round of league in Athea at 5 pm
U15 Feile:
U15 Feile Football Division 2 Group stage:
Athea and Fr. Caseys hosted the Div 2 Feile group stages on Sunday morninglast. Following a fantastic morning of Football Newcastlewest & Athea qualified for the semifinals against St. Kerians and Na Piarsaigh respectively. Results were Athea 2:05 to Dromcollogher / Broadford 0:02, Athea 0:05 to NCW 2:01, Athea 3:05 to Fr. Caseys 3:02. Special thanks to John Hunt for stepping in last minute to referee and the club for having teas/coffees, etc available for the travelling supports and teams. Semi-final dates to be confirmed.
Underage Football Training Returns:
Our Friday evening 6:30 to 7:30underage training from nursery to U12s kicks off this Friday evening March 27th.
Hurling:
Hurling Training Sunday Morning 10am.
