Congratulations:
John O Grady manager and his selectors has announced their team captain and vice captains for the coming season, Limerick U20 captain Padraic Phelan (Pallasgreen) Vice captains – Evan Curry (Athea) & Aidan O’Shea (Cappagh). Congratulations Evan.
Congratulations to Shane Ahern who made his Limerick U14 debut Saturday scoring 3 points against Tipperary.
Well done to Patrick Ahern, Eleanor Mullane, Paul Curry and Tomàs Mullane who represented Athea GAA club in Scór Luimnì last Thursday night in Mungret
Ladies:
Congratulations to Anna Murphy and the u14 Limerick team who scored 2:5 against Clare in a challenge match on Saturday.
Well done to the U16 Limerick team including Shauna Collins and Loren Healy who played against Kerry in Martinstown in the Sharon O Keeffe cup.
Congratulations to Maeve Murphy and Grace Hunt who played with the Limerick Minor team in the Munster league against Tipperary.
Huge well done to our U10 girls who took park in a development blitz in UL on Saturday.
In this they played 4 competitive games against Ahane, Knockainey, Feohanagh/Castlemahon and St Senans. The girls showed great skill and determination in all games. Looking forward to seeing all the girls back to training in a few weeks time, where they will have plenty more blitzes in the season ahead.
Best wishes to Carla Sheehy in her recovery from recent surgery.
Best of luck to the U18s who have their first match against the Old Mill on Sunday at 11.
Training continues for minors and juniors at the pitch every Monday at 7pm

This is the official form to apply to be part of the 2026 Cul Camp coaching team with Limerick Coaching and Games. All communication about training, summer rotas, and camp information will be sent using the details you provide here.
📋 Important Criteria & Requirements
To be eligible, you must have or be willing to obtain the following three mandatory certifications:
– Foundation Coaching Course
– Safeguarding 1 Certificate
– Garda Vetting (applied for through your club)
Limerick Coaching and Games will organise Safeguarding workshops and Foundation coaching courses around Easter and before the camps start for those who need them.
