Membership:
Our 2025 membership registration is now live. Please see link to register with the club and purchase our club draw tickets for 2025, all players need to register ahead of the season and we would encourage everyone to become a member and purchase a ticket for our club and county draws as it all helps towards the running and up keep of the club and walking track. Also there is a 10% discount available until March 1st as per the discount code provided.

Split the Bucket:
The last Draw took place on Monday January 27th, the Lucky winner of €193 was Mary Wallace and Eileen Windle, who bought their ticket at the Friday night Bingo in the Con Colbert Hall. The next Split the bucket draw is on
Monday February 10th at 8pm.
Envelopes are available at all the usual outlets, Collins Shop, O Riordans pharmacy, The Credit union, Friday Bingo, Lees Chinese Takeaway, The Gables Grill, Dick Whites, Batts and Brown Joe’s.
County championship:
Junior Premier Football
Athea are in the same group with, Mungret, Mountcollins, Fr Caseys, Monagea and Ballybrown
We are entering a B team this year and they are taking part in the county Junior C championship. Their group contains, Glin, South Liberties and Camogue Rovers.
Both teams will also be playing in the county league.
Healthy Athea:
Good to go will return on Friday 7th February 10:30am to 12:00 mid-day
Sympathy:
The club would like to express its sympathy to the family of Seanie O Connor who passed away last week. Seanie was a member of the 1963 Athea Junior Football team that won that years county championship.
