A message from An Garda Síochána Clare ahead of today’s Munster senior hurling championship match at Cusack Park today….

Gardaí have a full traffic management plan in place for this sell-out match.

-Stiles open at 12 noon
-Throw in at 2pm
-North Terrace/Stand – Stiles 1 to 6 (opposite Tesco) & 33 – 40 (beside Garda Station)
-East Terrace (Aldi) – Stile nos. 7 – 14 (opposite Tesco)
-South Seated Stand/Side line – Stiles – 15 to 20(opposite Tesco) & 21 – 24 (close to Friary)
-West Terrace (Cloister) – Stiles No. 25 – 32 (beside Garda Station)

-No parking available around the ground (expect with parking pass)
-Parking passes for Glór and Clare FM must access via the Causeway Link Road, arrive before 1:30pm
-Post match no vehicle movement will be allowed within cordon area
-Any vehicles illegally parked will be ticketed and may be towed, if there is a Garda ‘no parking cone’ there, its there for a reason, so don’t park there

-Clare County Council offices V95 DXP2 – Free – 10 min walk
-Clare Mart V95 APF2 – €5 – 15 min walk
-Holy Family School – V95 YR79 – €5 – 10 min walk

-Disability parking, a limted number of passes available from Clare / Limerick county GAA boards

Road closures

-Clon Road / Francis Street – No match traffic, access for residents and shoppers maintained (restrictions during post match)
-Francis Street (from Tesco entereance) – Closed to all traffic
-Causeway Link Road / Friars Walk – Closed to all traffic (except parking pass)
-Causeway Link Road / Francis Street – Closed to all traffic
