CAHERLINE GAA CLUB NOTES
GAA LOTTO: No winner, numbers drawn were 11, 15, 20, 29. Lucky dip winners were Michelle Power, Liam Hartnett, Bernie O’Sullivan, Eoin Gleeson and Fiona Casey. Next weeks jackpot will be €1,900 and the draw will be held on Friday night in Flannerys Bar.
JUNIOR A HURLING: This year’s East Junior A final between Caherline & Ballybricken will take place on Saturday September 21st in Cappamore, with a throw in time of 4:30pm.
U-14 HURLING: Our U-14’s came up against a strong Kildimo-Pallaskenry team last Saturday morning in Rathkeale in this year’s county semi-final, Kildimo taking the win 5-12 to 3-06. The lads were obviously disappointed with the loss, but they should be very proud of their effort on the day and indeed all year. U-13 HURLING: This year’s U-13 Championship is set to get underway on Monday evening, Caherline hosting Cappamore at 6:45pm. They will be out again on Wednesday evening, away to Patrickswell, throw in there at 6:45pm as well.
U-12 HURLING: Our U-12’s will be in semi final action on Thursday evening against Bruff in Caherconlish, throw in at 7pm. All support would be appreciated.
