The Very Best of Luck to the U15 lads in the U15 Hurling Sheild final on Wednesday night in Mick Neville Park Vs Cois Laoi Gaels at 7.30. Please come and support.
The Very Best of Luck to the U21 lads who at long last get to start their games. First one is on Tuesday night at 7.30 in Knocklong.
Well done to the U17 footballers who had a good win Sunday morning vs St Kieran’s. They are now in a County Final .
A big thanks to Aidan & Colin for presenting the U5’s & U7’s with a Medal & a Certificate of Participation at training last week. Two excellent role models within our club for our juvenile players to look up to.
What a great afternoon at our U13 tournament .Many thanks to the coaches who organised it. To Mungret/St Pauls Gaa Club , Kildimo Pallaskenry and Patrickswell GAA Club for coming down. There was super games of hurling from all 4 team with nothing between them for skill and determination. Thanks to the ladies who kept the teas and coffee going all afternoon. To all the parents who brought baking and sandwiches. Thanks to Cyril, Trevor and Mike for reffing. Paddy McCarthy presented the Cup to winning captains for Ballybrown Charlie Hannan & for Patrickswell Rory Foley. To all the lads who played – a great end to the season. Many of you are friends off the pitch who now go to school together. Be very proud of the great respect you showed on the pitch for each other. At the end of the day that’s what hurling is all about.
