Ballybrown GAA Club GAA Club Notes
CUL CAMP: So that’s our 2018 Cul Camp over. What a great week we had – 50 girls and 92 boys registered in total. This included Olivier from France and 3 lovely kids from Cuala Gaa in Dublin!! The sun shone high in the sky every day and we never complained it was too hot!🌞 Although I’d say we had a big effect on the water supplies in Clarina the amount of water that was drank ( by the girls on water breaks).👭 U6 girls let their hair down and made belly tops with the go-go’s!! Don’t Ask! The U6 boys found caterpillars and brought them in for small break.🐛 U8’s taught us how to do The Floss. U10’s kept the sing- song going at lunch every day telling us they love “chicken nuggets &chips” 🍟U13’s was the biggest group we ever had and were a credit to themselves and parents. AND after all that they did do plenty of hurling and football. Many thanks to Cian Hedderman and his team of Shaun, Kevin, Aisling, Aisling, Niamh, Josh, Darren and William. Huge thanks to Cian Lynch and Kyle Hayes who both popped in to say hi and sign everything in sight – we hope that they have a great win vs Carlow tomorrow night.🏆 A big thank you to all the mammies who came at lunchtime and helped out with supervision. The kids got treats going home today thanks to the Clubhouse Bar managers Declan & Trevor. We hope most of all that the kids enjoyed themselves, made friends and loved their new gear (remember to put names on it!!) I have one top left behind with no name. 👕Have a great summer everyone
THE very Best of Luck to Limerick Seniors vs Kilkenny this weekend.
