We are currently collecting articles and photos to complete our section in this years Parish journal. Training Camp:
Ballybrown juvenile club are holding a winter hurling training camp on the astro pitch in UL. It started last Friday night and had over 60 juvenile players involved. It’s still not too late to come along and register- from 6.30pm to 8pm.
Good Luck:
To the U15 team who play Ballyhoura Gaels on Sat in the division 1 final in Mick Neville Park. Please keep an eye on Facebook for confirmation of the time.
Junior B Footballers:
Junior B footballers met Knockaderry in the semi finals last Sunday in a very closely contested game. It finished up a draw so both teams need face again. Details as soon as we have them of fixture will be on Facebook and sent by text.
Fundraiser:
Ballybrown GAA club are only 1 week away from it’s buster race night. We are delighted to thank Q3 for their very generous sponsorship of our fundraiser. The fundraiser is on Saturday 11th November 2017. entry is €20 – for 2 adults and up to 8 children U16. [fantastic value] and includes entry into the buster draw with a prize of 1,000. There will be a best dressed ladies and men’s prize on the night, lots of fun for the children. Spot Prizes:
Only 1 weeks until our buster race night. We are looking for donations of spot prizes for our draw on the night. Can you spare a bottle of wine, spirits, a gift set or would your employer give us a voucher for their business? Please help us if you can. Club Bar:
The clubhouse bar or hall is a great venue for a birthday party, christening and any other special occasion you may have. Why don’t you call in and have a look at our facilities and speak to bar manager Michael Byrnes.
Christmas Club Gear:
You can now buy your own Ballybrown GAA club jersey. The senior jersey comes both with the Q3 logo or without. The juvenile jersey comes with the O Sullivan Centra logo or without. there is lots of gear available to buy on the site. It will be great to see lots of adults and children wearing the new club gear. So get buying so for birthday presents, communion gifts or hopefully a county final you will be able to order gear delivered to your door as and when you want it.
CLUB Limerick Draw:
Huge congratulations to Donie Bourke who won €2,000 and Ballybrown Camoige Club who won €100 in October’s draw.
Lotto:
No winner of the lotto jackpot Last week. Numbers were 6,14,19,24 B26 Don’t forget to buy your tickets from the clubhouse Bar, Hayes Shop, Centra Clarina, Quinns De Bucket Bar and Restaurant and Curran’s Ferrybridge Bar. Date for Diary:
The club AGM will be held on Friday 24th November. Juvenile Agm is on Thursday 16th November. Childrens Christmas party with Santa on Sunday 10th December.
